Basic Package Formula (for Packing Machine)
Package Width (Inside) plus seals and seams: Item width plus
4 times the item height
Package Length (Inside) plus seals and seams: Item length
plus 4 times the item height
Seals and Seams: approximately 3/8 inch in width (all 4
sides)

EXAMPLE
If product size is 2 inch wide x 3 inch long x ½ inch high then the inside of the pouch
will be, 4 inch wide x 5 inch long. Outside of the pouch will be 4 ¾-5 inch wide x 5 ¾-6
inch long. Seam allowance is approximately ½ inch on all 4 sides of the pouch.
